I love the sweet, earthy carrot flavor. The vanilla and warm spices. The cream cheese frosting—slightly tangy but creamy and sweet. Together, it’s a sweet delight for the senses!
Since I don’t eat cake everyday :) — this Carrot Cake Smoothie is a great alternative. It’s packed with fresh ingredients, natural sweetness (no sugar) and just the right of amount of spices to satisfy my sweet tooth without actually having to indulge in a piece of cake.
The best part is that it’s full of great benefits — high in vitamin C, full of antioxidants and has several ingredients that can help improve blood sugar levels. In my book, anytime I can get in a healthy dose of veggies, fruit and spices — my body responds with the same kindness — better energy levels and digestion!
